Why people don't speak the truth? What stops them from speaking the truth? The reason being they are scared of the consequences of speaking the truth. And if someone wants to speak it then that person will be pulled down. I myself has experienced it. Be it a management college or a company, true people are always pulled down. In management colleges, we will be taught to be honest and loyal but when it comes to implementation we are discouraged and demotivated. You know why people go against the unfair things because of the very fact that they are helpless due to their position. We as individuals can't change the trend but as a team we can change the world.
So, please don't let others take advantage of your silence and speak against the wrong.
COME ON PEOPLE WAKE UP NOW, IF U CAN'T SPEAK THE TRUTH NOW THEN YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK IT.
Yes, i agree with u dear.Problem is that we want everyone, everything to change but before that we have to change .If we chnge aur attitude we will see thgings in a different way.From your blog i you are quiet +ve person .I have also faced lots of ups and downs in my life still i am postive towards live and believe me its working.I have motivated lot of people from my this attitude.Start innovating things by your own initially you will face problems but lateron you will find people following you.Ultimately you will become a leader thats what an MBA is suppposed to be.

ReplyDeleteBut the world is fake, if you want to speak truth then every time you have to speak it. The lie comes in the situation when you want to hide something or you did something wrong. And speaking lies is much more easier then speaking truth and that's why we don't speak truth. To speak truth all the time someone really need guts!!!!

I don't fully agree with you. There are people who always try to speak the truth. Yes I know, in the present society most of the people don't speak the truth, because they are scared of losing their name, fame, popularity... they don't want any kind of trouble in life. If you speak the truth you may have to face lot of problems, you may not be a popular person in your society, in your workplace, in your friend circle, family... but in a long run, if you speak truth you will always win... since childhood we've been taught to be honest and loyal, you always feel happy and fresh if you be honest and loyal and speak truth. Try to make your inner soul happy, your inner soul will be happy if you speak truth and do good job.

yes i agree from sonal, very less people left who dare to speak truth as per u r in college still their is somthing coming in bulk towards u when u be in ur job initially u face proble tpo adjust but always find problem in ur heart some where og getting irritated from liers.that happens it also happens in personal life too where we can relate truth and trust equaly.

ReplyDeletewell i read ur piece.was nice.yes its a big problem everywhere.especially in our country where corruption is like a tag with every important seat in the society, but i dont agree with you completely,we have people who are truthful,and have some metal when it comes to speaking truth.the problem is we are so filled with nontruthfulness,bad imaging of our country and with people pretendng to be the saviours(limelight lovers,you se them every time thers a big controversy sitting and binging on irrelevant things and make us think they are the purest and got all the rights on humanity),whose life exists only because the suffering/controversy of other people breds them.
being corrupt is one thing and being ignorant of that is simply because we have no respect towards our nation.

Not speaking the truth is not something everyone wants to indulge in... Its circumstances and many of a time the fear of results that makes them steer away from the truth.

And about the person those who speaks the truth always let down themselves... But u go and look at those guys after few years... they will be successful and much more stronger...
