Have you ever noticed how little kids always have someone else to blame if they get caught? He hit me first. She made me do it. They did the same thing. Nobody told me not to do that.
Of course as we get older, we get much wiser. It's not that we don't blame others, we just get better at hiding it! Somehow it's not OK to be wrong or make a mistake. If we can deflect the blame to someone else, we're "off the hook". But is that really a good thing?
Do you think that we are big enough to handle the issues? we can only do two things. Either to do the mistakes and commit them, or to do the mistakes and blame someone else.
